October Orders
Hot lunch does not begin until October. The ordering window opens August 31st and closes on September 15th at midnight.
Ordering Deadlines
Ensure your child never misses a hot lunch by keeping track of our monthly ordering windows. Orders must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the dates listed below.
November Orders
Orders for October must be finalized by October 15th to allow for vendor processing.
December Orders
The December deadline is November 15th. Late orders cannot be accepted due to holiday scheduling.

How do I order?
Please refer to the “how to” guide to set up your Hot Lunch Online account. For returning families, please make sure to update your grade and homeroom teacher.
How long during the school year does hot lunch run?
Hot lunch runs from October through the end of May.

What happens if there is a field trip or an inclement weather day and I already ordered hot lunch for that day?
Credits will be issued for you to use later. Credits also roll over to the following school year.

When is the deadline to order?
Most times, the 15th of the month prior is when the order cuts off. From time to time, the 15th may be on a weekend, so we will extend the date. Look for updates to the deadlines on this page and in the HSA Happenings newsletter.
Why do we need to order ahead of time?
Our vendors have large orders to fill, so it is helpful for them to prepare for these orders ahead of time; additionally, all add-on items need to be purchased in advance.
What happens if my student misses school?
You may come to school to pick up the meal from the office. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued when a student misses school.
I thought I ordered my student hot lunch, but I forgot. Will my student have a meal to eat?
We have a limited amount of shelf-stable snacks and menu items for these instances.
